Luckily I shot this look before the whole country entered a state of emergency due to the pandemic and we are locked inside our houses, for 6 days now. Hope all of you are safe and are spending these stressful and scary times surrounded by the people you love. Anyway to bright up the mood and the weather here in Macedonia, this week I am sharing with you a spring outfit idea and tips on picking and styling the perfect transitional jacket for this season.
Although it is still February and technically winter, the weather has been like spring. Sunny weather, blue skies and warm enough weather to leave your coat at home. Hopefully, I don’t jinx it and it stays like this for a bit longer. Not gonna lie, but I kinda got sick of wearing layers and layers of clothing, and bundling up in scarves and hats. Safe, to say I was excited to wear lighter clothes.
January always feels like the longest months of the year, getting back on track after all the holidays and celebrations is hard, especially when the weather is gloomy and foggy and all you want to do is stay at home and avoid all responsibilities. The weather makes everything a bit depressing and melancholic, but on the bright side January is the month of sales and the perfect time to score some wonderful winter pieces (that you can still wear for the next month or so, and next season of course).
The holiday madness has officially begun. Everything is already decorated, festive vibes are all around us, Christmas songs are playing in every store you enter, and the hunt for the perfect gifts for our loved ones has begun. I am a type of person that loves giving presents more than receiving them. I am always excited when I give someone their present and wait for their reaction. But, I am also stressed when it comes to finding the perfect present.
The year is definitely flying by, we are almost at the end of it & I still can’t believe where have the past 11 months gone to. As the end of the year is approaching so are the upcoming holidays. Starting from this month and all the way till January our social calendars are filled with parties, celebrations and gatherings…whether they are with friends, family, colleagues or school mates, big or small, casual or fancy a good outfit is definitely needed.
