If you ever wonder where the western tradition for gingerbread house began, the first thing coming to my mind is to give thanks to the Grimm brothers and their cannibalistic witch. Since then told in the story of Hansel and Gretel, to today…deeply rooted in the holiday tradition, in the western world. We see it everywhere from home, to the White House. After a long week of gloomy and rainy days, we had a bit of sun and blue sky on Sunday.
